My name is Sarah Murphy. I chose Pine Meadows for myself. The reason I chose this center is because the facility if nice and close to home. Was there any specific team member or department that stood out and why? They all was great!!! Is there anything else you'd like to share about your experience with our center? The nurses and staff have always kept me informed of my mom and her needs. They contact me if something happens or to ask for consent for activities. The nursing department is excellent, thank you to, Carrie, Sharon, Carolyn, Wendy, and many more for the superb care of my mom.

The reasons I chose this center is because this staff here gives tender and loving care to my father that I am not able to give. It's a close location from home, quality care, and get attentive oversight from CNAs and other staff. Mrs. Gwen Jones, Bridgette Novay, Mrs. Dolly, Mr. Mike, and more stood out in their departments! The staff here not only takes good care of my daddy, but they are also very attentive to my mother. She calls a lot to check on Daddy and someone always patiently keeps her informed.

The family of the late Norman Rhodes thank the staff for all that you did for Dad over the last seven years plus. Your dedication to his and the other residents comfort is to be commended. Thank you very much, The Rhode Family. [wowslider id="32"]

We chose Pine Meadows for Claretta. We had heard good things about the facility from family as well as other sources. Gwen Jones & I connected immediately. She is my first shift CNA. Gwen took extra time to encourage me and show me how to do things to benefit my recovery. She played a big part in bringing me out of my shell and addressing my fear of being in a skilled nursing facility. Gwen, Brown, and Dana Thompson - my second shift aides are very sweet and understanding. They give me great care and have unlimited patience. The therapy department worked very hard to get me up and moving. They are excellent motivators. The speech therapist, Angela worked extremely hard to help me with speech and communication skills. I would get upset and cry, and she would also console me by telling me that, "everything will get better" and that I was doing a great job.

Some team members that really stood out for me were Beverly, Ricky, Christine, Sarah, and Theresa. They were very patient with me. I enjoyed my experience.

Not only do I work at Pine Meadows, my family and I recently had the opportunity to discuss whether to possibly admit one of our family members with terminal illnesses. The staff here is amazing, caring, and go above and beyond; not just for our work family, but for anyone in need of our services. Jan, Connie, Amanda, and Erica. Ladies, you will forever hold a special place in our hearts. My work family from Cooperate on down, we appreciate every act of kindness, the prayers, and Erica Parker you're one in a million. Thanks for being there for my sister in law and staying till we got there. I'm truly thankful for my work family.

My aunt has been here for a couple of years now. Each time we visit her she is in such an excellent frame of mind. They have activities like "prom" & special snacks. Also, the new director Amanda Kennedy has been a positive addition to the already stellar team!

Dear Glenda, Thank you for all that your and your staff did for Marianne. Thank you for helping me by making her funeral arrangements. I appreciate everything you did. I know she had great care at Pine Meadows. She will be missed.

I chose Pine Meadows because I like the staff and the way they do their jobs. I really like Carrie, the nurse in C hall. She is an amazing nurse; the therapy department was also great.
