Hospice for Heroes

We chose Pine Meadows for Claretta. We had heard good things about the facility from family as well as other sources. Gwen Jones & I connected immediately. She is my first shift CNA. Gwen took extra time to encourage me and show me how to do things to benefit my recovery. She played a big part in bringing me out of my shell and addressing my fear of being in a skilled nursing facility. Gwen, Brown, and Dana Thompson - my second shift aides are very sweet and understanding. They give me great care and have unlimited patience. The therapy department worked very hard to get me up and moving. They are excellent motivators. The speech therapist, Angela worked extremely hard to help me with speech and communication skills. I would get upset and cry, and she would also console me by telling me that, "everything will get better" and that I was doing a great job.

My daughter was highly impressed with the care that her mother received here. She stated that it actually changed her perspective of nursing homes.

The reason I chose this center is that it was close to my family, I knew Ms. Connie P works here, and my sister Margo works here too! The entire staff is extremely good to me. They go above and beyond to take care of me. Sarah B (OT) is awesome, always goes above and beyond. I have been treated extremely nice by the entire staff! The A-Wing aides go above and beyond- very hard workers, especially Tonya, Beverley, Teresa, Sheronda, and Jennifer!

I chose Pine Meadows Rehabilitation Center after my fall after it was suggested that I would need therapy because my previous experience here was great. The activities are great; I enjoy them so much. Margo and Cindy are awesome!

The nurses and staff have always kept me informed of my mom and her needs. They contact me if something happens or to ask for consent for activities. The nursing department is excellent, thank you to, Carrie, Sharon, Carolyn, Wendy, and many more for the superb care of my mom.

The nursing staff is both efficient and compassionate. I chose Pine Meadows because of its excellent reputation, and I knew they could attend to my husband's needs.

I chose Pine Meadows for my loved one because of its outstanding reputation. Erica, the admissions coordinator, was knowledgeable, helping, and efficient. I enjoyed meeting all of the ladies across the various departments. The efficiency with all impressed me. I fell in love with Holley after our talk and could not have been happier!

The reason I chose this center for my loved one Glendora, is that I was impressed with the staff and facility. Catherine M. stood out to me; she is an outstanding team member and loved by my mother and our family. It has been a great experience. The staff is awesome.
